New customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase. This applies to your first server order only and is limited to one refund per customer.
Renewal invoices are not eligible for refunds. We send a reminder 7 days before each renewal. Cancel before the renewal date from your client area to avoid charges.
Quarterly, semi-annual and annual plans are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 7 days of the initial payment. After 7 days, the remaining period is non-refundable but the service remains active until the end of the paid period.
If we fail to meet our SLA commitments, you may be eligible for service credits (see SLA). Credits do not constitute a cash refund.
Submit a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request". Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
