Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Arconiq services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and customers.

2. Services Provided

Arconiq provides game server hosting, and will in the future provide domain registration and email hosting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

5. Payment and Billing

• Services are billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually in Euros (€), excluding VAT where applicable.
• Discounts (20% first month; 10%, 15% or 20% on longer billing periods) are applied automatically and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Non-payment may result in service suspension after 7 days past the due date.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arconiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, goodwill or business interruption.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect.
