Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Arconiq services for:

• Launching DDoS, flooding or any denial-of-service attacks.
• Distributing malware, viruses or malicious code.
• Spamming, phishing or sending unsolicited communications.
• Hosting illegal content under Dutch or EU law.
• Mining cryptocurrency without explicit written permission.
• Port scanning, vulnerability scanning or network intrusion of third-party systems.
• Reselling server resources without our prior written consent.
• Harassment, threats or abuse directed at Arconiq staff or other customers.

2. Resource Usage

You may not intentionally abuse server resources in ways that degrade the experience for other customers. Sustained CPU usage above 90% for extended periods may result in resource throttling or suspension.

3. Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate service suspension without refund. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse: abuse@arconiq.com. We respond within 24 hours.
